This ITOP IT-HPEM-1 manual lever espresso machine was delivered to my front door in California from China and only took about a month. That's not bad considering it was shipped over on a cargo/container ship to Los Angeles and then had to go thru Customs clearance and then transferred to UPS and then to my area of California. Everything was packaged very securely and arrived in excellent condition. It includes a 58mm bottomless portafilter, a 58mm tamper, a 58mm anodized aluminum dosing ring with rare earth magnets, three extra silicone o-rings for the piston and the lever machine itself. Everything is very good quality and the lever machine is entirely solid stainless steel except for the brass bearings / bushings on the pinion gear shaft. I got the black powder coated version. I am very pleased with everything!

This product is a copy of what a Chinese manufacturer imagines is a helpful appliance for making Spaghetti Eis. In reality it is useless in commercial application. The piston is far too slow, the spaghetti plate moves and gets caught and bent. You have to hold the button down constantly to move the piston up and down, and you can’t take the container out until the piston is retracted all the way. No real company in Germany selling Spaghetti Eis would ever use this product. It’s poorly engineered by people who don’t really know why they are making something like this in the first place. I will need to go to a German company to get something that is actually going to work for us. unfortunately this was a waste of money.
